Matt Banahan will make his first appearance for Bath since the second week of Aviva Premiership action when they face London Welsh on Sunday.
Banahan will join Ben Williams in the centre, while the rest of the back line remains unchanged.
In the pack, Anthony Perenise, Stuart Hooper and Will Skuse come in in place of David Wilson, Carl Fearns and Francois Louw.
For London Welsh, Tom Arscot returns from injury at full-back, pushing Tom Voyce out on to the wing.
Gavin Henson joins up with Sonny Parker in the centre while Gordon Ross and Nick Runciman make up the half-backs in a side that contains five former Bath players.
