Preview: Bath Rugby vs. Exeter Chiefs

Sports Mole looks ahead to Saturday's Aviva Premiership clash between Bath and Exeter at the Rec.

Bath Rugby welcome Exeter Chiefs to the Recreation Ground on Saturday having won all three previous top-flight fixtures against their visitors.

The West Country club go into the match one place below their opponents in the Aviva Premiership table and can overtake them if they continue their dominant record.

However, defeats in three of their last four outings in the league could give Exeter cause for some optimism, despite the Chiefs' two recent losses in the Heineken Cup.

Bath make one change for the match as Carl Fearns comes into the back row to replace Will Skuse. Stuart Hooper returns to the squad following a spell on the sidelines through injury.

Dean Mumm has been named in the Exeter starting lineup after missing last weekend's Heineken Cup defeat to Clermont Auvergne due to personal reasons and Gonzalo Camacho is also given a place in the side.

Recent form:

Bath: WLLWLW

Exeter: LLLWLL

Lineups:

Bath: Abendanon, Eastmond, Hipkiss, Williams, Biggs, Donald, Claassens, Skirving, Louw, Fearns, Attwood, Day, Wilson, Mears, James

Exeter: Arscott, Camacho, Dollman, Shoemark, Jess, Steenson, Thomas, Baxter, Scaysbrook, Johnson, Hanks, Mumm, Rimmer, Alcott, Sturgess

Sports Mole says: Bath to continue their Exeter dominance.
