Gareth Bale has trained with Wales ahead of Friday's World Cup qualifier against Scotland at Hampden Park.

The Tottenham Hotspur winger, who has missed training this week with a virus, travelled separately from his teammates up to Glasgow on Thursday.

The 23-year-old is now expected to take part in the match after training for the first time at the stadium.

Bale scored twice for his country, including a late winner, when they beat Scotland 2-1 in Cardiff in October.
