Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho hands striker Marcus Rashford his first start of the new Premier League season at Watford.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has decided to hand striker Marcus Rashford his first start of the new Premier League season at Watford this afternoon.

United have made a number of changes from the side that lost to Manchester City last time out in the Premier League, as Daley Blind is dropped in place of Chris Smalling, while Rashford and Anthony Martial take the places of Jesse Lingard and Henrikh Mkhitaryan on the flanks.

As for the hosts, former Juventus midfielder Roberto Pereyra will be aiming to provide some creativity as part of a four-man midfield, which also includes Etienne Capoue.

The Hornets have opted for a front two consisting of skipper Troy Deeney and trusted strike partner Odion Ighalo.
