Ba edges out Samuel Eto'o up front, while Mata is chosen to partner Andre Schurrle and Oscar behind the Senegalese frontman, with Eden Hazard and Willian on the bench.

Hosts Norwich make one change to their lineup from last week's win at Stoke as Sebastien Bassong replaces Ryan Bennett at the back.
