There is plenty to play for at both ends of the Premier League table this weekend when Wigan Athletic host Newcastle United at the DW Stadium.

While fourth-placed Newcastle will be looking to take a step closer towards Champions League football, Wigan can edge further away from the relegation zone with a win against the high-flying Magpies.

Roberto Martinez is expected to have Franco Di Santo fit for the clash after the striker picked up a calf injury in last weekend's defeat at Fulham.

However, Hugo Rodallega remains a doubt with the ankle problem that he sustained in March.

Newcastle boss Alan Pardew is thought to have no new injury concerns ahead of the match, with in-form striker Papiss Cisse almost guaranteed to start in attack with fellow Senegal international Demba Ba.
