Walker 'assessing options' ahead of potential Man City departure
Manchester City captain Kyle Walker is reportedly 'assessing his options' ahead of the January transfer window.
The veteran defender has enjoyed significant success since he joined Man City from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2017.
Walker has made 318 competitive appearances for the Citizens, helping the club win six Premier League titles, four EFL Cups, two FA Cups, a Champions League, a UEFA Super Cup and a Club World Cup.
While those achievements have etched Walker's name in Man City's history, there is some uncertainty about how long he will remain at the Etihad Stadium.
Could Cristiano Ronaldo leave Al-Nassr in 2025?
Former Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly prepared to consider leaving Al-Nassr in 2025.
The Portugal international has racked up 74 goals in 83 appearances since he officially joined Al-Nassr in January 2023.
Ronaldo has registered 16 of those strikes during the current campaign, including 10 goals in 12 Saudi Pro League appearances.
While Ronaldo may be performing on the pitch, there is some uncertainty as to whether he will be with the Saudi Arabian club beyond the end of the season.
"Good luck" - Frank sends defiant message to Mbeumo's suitors
Brentford boss Thomas Frank has insisted that Bryan Mbeumo will stay at the club in January despite reported interest from Arsenal and Liverpool.
With the transfer window set to open on Wednesday, Brentford may be bracing themselves for transfer bids for one of their most prized assets Mbeumo.
Arsenal are believed to be among Mbeumo's potential suitors, with the Gunners on the lookout for attacking reinforcements.
Liverpool have also been credited with an interest, having identified Mbeumo as a potential transfer target ahead of the new year.
Liverpool's Wataru Endo 'emerges as transfer possibility' for Fulham
Fulham are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool midfielder Wataru Endo in the January transfer window.
The Cottagers will be pleased with their work in the first half of the season despite being held to a 2-2 draw in their recent home meeting with Bournemouth.
Fulham gave up the lead on a couple of occasions against the Cherries, with the result representing their fourth draw in five matches.
However, the draw extended their unbeaten run to seven matches (W2, D5), leaving them in eighth position and just one point adrift of the European places.
"It has to be signings" - Why Man City need to start rebuild in January
Manchester City expert Steven McInerney from Esteemed Kompany has explained why Pep Guardiola needs to start a rebuild of his squad in the January transfer window.
Guardiola's side finally got back to winning ways in Sunday's Premier League away clash against relegation-threatened Leicester City.
Savinho netted a first-half opener before Erling Haaland found the net in the 74th minute to end his four-game goal drought and wrap up a much-needed 2-0 victory at the King Power Stadium.
While Man City would have been relieved to clinch all three points, the result only papered over the cracks in what has been a disappointing campaign up until this point.
Arsenal 'leading PL rivals' in race for Bundesliga star
Arsenal are reportedly ahead of Chelsea and Liverpool in the race to sign Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush.
The Egypt international is generating plenty of interest after showcasing his attacking quality with Dino Toppmoller's side.
Marmoush, who joined Frankfurt from Wolfsburg in the summer of 2023, scored 17 goals and provided six assists in 41 appearances during his first season with die Adler.
The 25-year-old has only gone from strength to strength during the current campaign, racking up 18 goals and 12 assists in 24 matches in all competitions.
Chelsea prospect 'to be recalled in January' to feature in Maresca squad
Chelsea reportedly decide to recall Aaron Anselmino from his loan spell with Boca Juniors.
Back in August, the Blues committed to a deal said to be worth £15.6m to sign the prospect from the Argentine giants.
Rather than make the immediate move to Stamford Bridge, the 19-year-old was allowed to continue his development at his current club for a further 12 months.
However, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have taken the decision to take an earlier look at the defender.
Was it destiny? Spurs could solve key problem by beating Arsenal to cut-price deal
Tottenham Hotspur could reportedly do battle with two fellow European giants to secure the services of Crystal Palace defender Tyrick Mitchell in the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old is in the final six months of his Palace deal according to transfermarkt; journalist Matt Woosnam has reported that his contract in fact runs until 2027, but there has been no official communication of an apparent renewal from the club.
Mitchell has not missed any of the Eagles' 19 Premier League games this season and has also banked three assists in the top flight, but his efforts have only helped Oliver Glasner's side to a 15th-placed ranking in the table.
In spite of claims that the defender is indeed under contract at Selhurst Park until 2027, CaughtOffside report that he has in fact not penned fresh terms, meaning he could agree a pre-contract deal with a foreign team in January.
Four boxes ticked: Could Real Madrid beat Liverpool, Man City to Zubimendi?
Premier League giants Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool reportedly face a fresh threat in their pursuit of Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi, who is also being eyed up by Real Madrid.
The Spanish Euro 2024 winner looked set to complete a marquee switch to Anfield in the summer transfer window, only to decide that he could not part ways with his boyhood club.
Zubimendi has since broken his silence on rejecting a move to Arne Slot's side, admitting that 'selfishness' was a factor in his decision, but he is still being lined up for a Premier League move in 2025.
A Zubimendi-less Liverpool have seen Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch shine at the base of their midfield, but Wataru Endo is not a long-term option, and Tyler Morton is yet to win over Slot.
Kolo or Ko-no? Chelsea make January transfer call as 'big confidence' revealed
Chelsea have reportedly decided whether to press ahead with a deal for Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani in the January transfer window.
As swoops for Galatasaray-bound Victor Osimhen and Al-Ahli's Ivan Toney fell through a few months ago, the summer market closed without a new number nine arriving in Chelsea's ranks.
However, the Blues have fared fine thanks to the contributions of Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson, who have combined for 21 of the club's 38 Premier League goals this season as they lie fourth in the table.
Only two players - Erling Haaland and Mohamed Salah - can better Palmer's tally of 12 strikes, while nine-goal Jackson also sits in the top 10 highest Premier League scorers of the current campaign.
Pereira makes Wolves transfer demand after another defensive blow
Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Vitor Pereira has suggested that he is eager for the club to sign a new defender as soon as possible.
Pereira has worked wonders with the players that are currently at his disposal since replacing Gary O'Neil earlier this month.
Sunday's 2-2 draw at Tottenham Hotspur made it seven points from a possible nine across the Christmas period, moving Wolves outside of the Premier League relegation zone.
However, Pereira was unable to call upon Toti Gomes for the game in North London courtesy of the defender sustaining a hamstring injury in the previous fixture against Manchester United.
Man City 'at risk of losing young star' to German giants
Manchester City reportedly face the prospect of receiving increased interest in James McAtee during 2025.
At the beginning of the season, Pep Guardiola made a point of stating that he wanted to keep the academy graduate in his first-team squad on the back of a loan spell with Sheffield United.
However, despite City enduring their worst run of form in recent memory and suffering a wide array of fitness issues, the 22-year-old has barely been used.
Although the playmaker played a key role off the substitutes' bench during Sunday's 2-0 victory at Leicester City, he has made just three starts and six outings as a replacement all season.
Liverpool 'preparing blockbuster swoop' for Alexander-Arnold replacement
Liverpool have allegedly identified who they would like to replace Trent Alexander-Arnold should he depart on a free transfer.
Reports have indicated in recent days that the long-serving right-back is likely to sign a deal to join Real Madrid in the summer.
The England international netted his 20th goal in 333 appearances as the Merseyside giants thrashed West Ham United on Sunday evening.
With the 26-year-old having also contributed 85 assists, it is clear Liverpool will struggle to find a like-for-like alternative should Alexander-Arnold leave for the Bernabeu.
Chelsea planning multiple exits in January transfer window?
Chelsea are allegedly already plotting a number of exits during the January transfer window.
With Enzo Maresca known to prefer working with a set amount of 23 or 24 senior players, it has been clear for a number of weeks which squad players may be made available for transfer.
The Italian has already commented on the possibility of Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka leaving Stamford Bridge at the turn of the year.
Furthermore, Maresca has acknowledged that "anything can happen" with the short-term future of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who has been short of game time since a £30m transfer from Leicester City.
