Fulham and Swansea City have made changes to their teams for today's Premier League match.

Martin Jol has opted to bring in Aaron Hughes, Derek Boateng, Bryan Ruiz and Darren Bent for Philippe Senderos, Steve Sidwell, Ashkan Dejagah and Alexander Kacaniklic.

Meanwhile, Michael Laudrup has decided to recall Michel Vorm, Jose Canas and Nathan Dyer for Gerhard Tremmel, Leon Britton and Wayne Routledge.

Wilfried Bony continues in attack with Michu sidelined with an ankle injury.
