Team News: No Neville, Jelavic for Everton

Everton and Manchester City both changes to their starting lineups for their Premier League clash this lunchtime.

David Moyes has made two changes to the Everton side that started last week's FA Cup loss to Wigan Athletic to face Manchester City this lunchtime.

Darron Gibson comes in for Phil Neville, while Victor Anichebe replaces Nikica Jelavic up front, with Neville and Jelavic both named on the bench.

Meanwhile, Manchester City have announced four changes the their starting lineup for the match.

Joe Hart returns in goal after being rested against Barnsley last week, while Javi Garcia, James Milner and Matija Nastasic also come in.

Yaya Toure has been ruled out with a migraine, while Samir Nasri, Joleon Lescott and Costel Pantilimon all drop to the bench.

Everton starting XI: Mucha, Baines, Gibson, Heitinga, Mirallas, Distin, Osman, Pienaar, Coleman, Fellaini, Anichebe

Manchester City starting XI: Hart, Zabaleta, K Toure, Nastasic, Kolarov, Garcia, Silva, Milner, Barry, Tevez, Dzeko
