Edin Dzeko and Stevan Jovetic lead the line for the hosts with James Milner, David Silva and Yaya Toure taking their places in the midfield.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has made one change to the team that started the 1-1 draw against West Bromwich Albion, as John Obi Mikel replaces Oscar.

The Blues continue with David Luiz and Gary Cahill in defence, while Eden Hazard and Willian support Samuel Eto'o in attack.
