Sergio Almiron has returned to the Catania starting lineup for their Sicilian derby against Palermo this afternoon.

The midfielder has overcome his injury, but Adrian Ricchiuti and Pablo Alvarez miss out for the home side.

Palermo are without striker Fabrizio Miccoli but Josip Ilicic has shaken off an injury to take his place in the team for today's Serie A game.
