Tottenham Hotspur and Leyton Orient have been granted a judicial review into the decision to award West Ham United access to the Olympic Stadium following the conclusion of the 2012 Games.
The Olympic Park Legacy Company selected the Hammers to become the permanent tenants of the venue ahead of Spurs, but the Premier League club have now been granted permission to challenge the decision by Mr Justice Collins.
Spurs' complaint is based around the decision by West Ham's local authority to provide a £40m loan to fund the move from Upton Park.
Orient chairman Barry Hearn has also questioned the decision to grant West Ham the use of the £486m stadium.
A hearing with full arguments from all sides will now be held.
