Bayern Munich have reportedly joined the chase to sign Benfica winger Nicolas Gaitan.
The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, while Manchester City has also been mooted as a possible destination.
United are even thought to have already made a £20m bid for the player in order to secure his services before Euro 2012.
However, the Argentine was watched by Munich during Tuesday's Champions League defeat to Chelsea at the Estadio da Luz.
Gaitan recently claimed that he was not bothered with speculation over his future.
