Nicolas Gaitan unaffected by exit rumours

Benfica winger Nicolas Gaitan has admitted that he is not concerning himself with all the transfer speculation surrounding him.

The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a switch to reigning English champions Manchester United as well as Manchester City, who are believed to be interested in the winger.

"Every now and again I am linked to a big club in the Premier League," Gaitan told Goal.com. "I am used to the rumours by now and it doesn't affect my work at Benfica. Manchester United? A great club, what more can I say?"

The Argentina international, who signed a fresh five-year deal with Benfica last October, reportedly has a £40m release clause.
