Lyon chief Jean-Michel Aulas says that he would like in-demand ace Tanguy Ndombele to join Juventus, but the Italians face competition from Man United, Man City and PSG.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has confirmed that Premier League pair Manchester United and Manchester City are in the running to sign Tanguy Ndombele.

The 22-year-old racked up 50 appearances for the Ligue 1 side in his debut campaign at the club last time out and has been used 45 times so far this term.

Ndombele's form earned him his first call up to the France senior side last October and he has gone on to earn four caps.

A number of European heavyweights have been watching the midfielder up close, including Italian champions Juventus and French champions Paris Saint-Germain, as well as the Manchester duo.

Aulas would like to see Ndombele link up with Juventus, but he has warned them that they have to formalise their interest soon.

"It's true that Juventus are after Ndombele," he told Tuttosport. "But there's also PSG, Manchester United and City. I'd honestly like to see Ndombele at Juventus with [Miralem] Pjanic, a player we launched at Lyon and who I'm still very attached to.

"We'll see what happens. I won't talk about money. Economic parameters are the priority when selling players, but I'd like to sell him to Andrea Agnelli if all the offers were the same."

Reports in Spain, meanwhile, suggest that Real Madrid have recently held talks with Ndombele's representatives.
