Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's Euro 2020 fixtures, including England vs. Croatia.

The journey to Euro 2020 glory begins on Sunday for England, as they renew hostilities with Croatia at Wembley Stadium three years after the Chequered Ones dashed their World Cup dreams.

Gareth Southgate's crop are already being tipped by some to make history and go all the way in the tournament, but the visit of Croatia represents a stern test in front of 22,500 optimistic supporters.

We say: England 2-1 Croatia

While Southgate still has dilemmas in all areas of the pitch to solve, the Three Lions' youthful attacking talent can strike fear into the hearts of any European defence, and it is up to the likes of Grealish and Mount to justify their possible selections over the likes of Foden and Raheem Sterling.

Croatia's form over the past 12 months has been indifferent to say the least, but there is no writing them off. Both sides will of course be expected to finish in the top two come the close of play in Group D, but with the raucous home crowd making the difference that has been missing all season long, we are backing England's firepower to propel them to a first-ever opening day victory at the Euros.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Austria vs. N. Macedonia (Sunday, 5.00pm)

Austria will be looking to claim their first ever victory at the European Championships, when they take on tournament debutants North Macedonia in their Group C opener in Bucharest on Sunday evening.

Both nations are already familiar with one another, having locked horns twice during their respective qualification campaigns, with the Austrians winning on both occasions.

We say: Austria 2-1 North Macedonia

Both nations will be aware that claiming three points on Sunday would provide a massive boost in their quest to secure at least one of the four best third-place positions up for grabs or even a place in the top two in Group C.

North Macedonia will be a threat going forward and did score in both of their previous meetings with Austria, but we feel that Foda's side will have just enough to secure a narrow victory in Bucharest.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Netherlands vs. Ukraine (Sunday, 8.00pm)

Netherlands take on Ukraine in Group C of Euro 2020 at Amsterdam ArenA on Sunday.

These two nations will be expected to progress to the knockout stages, so this meeting could play a key part in determining which side tops the group.

We say: Netherlands 1-1 Ukraine

With both sides potentially deploying 3-5-2 formations, it is tough to envisage a classic at the Amsterdam ArenA on Sunday.

Ukraine's last three competitive matches have all ended 1-1, so it would be no surprise to see a repeat of that scoreline, which in truth may suit both nations with potentially easier matches in the group to come.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
