Speculation overnight suggests that Real Madrid winger Denis Cheryshev could be on the way to Liverpool in a £22m deal. He has struggled to break into the first team at the Bernabeu as yet, and spent time on loan at Vilarreal last season.

Some interesting news coming out of Barcelona this morning, as Pedro has reportedly had his release clause slashed from £107m to £21m. Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are all believed to be after the winger. Could this signal his departure?

Inter Milan winger Xherdan Shaqiri was thought to be on the verge of a move to Stoke City last month. It's understood that the Potters agreed a fee, but would not finalise personal terms with the Swiss international. It now appears that he could still be on his way to the Premier League though, as Everton are said to be lining up a £12m offer.

Bastian Schweinsteiger is due to undergo a medical with Manchester United today. However Bayern Munich have promised their fans that he will be the only playing making the move to Old Trafford this summer, dismissing reports that Thomas Muller is also on his way to Louis van Gaal's side.

He told the club's official website: "It was [an] easy [decision]. My priority was always to have a deal with Liverpool. I'm happy we have got the deal and have agreed everything and I've signed the deal."

More on that Sterling story and Liverpool are reported to be in advanced discussions with Manchester City over the 20-year-old. It appears that AC Milan forward Stephan El Shaarawy is leaving the San Siro to join AS Monaco, with the Rossoneri TV channel showing the player saying his goodbye. More on that in a few moments.

Chelsea are reported to be in talks with Brazilian club Internacional over a potential deal for Charles Aranguiz. The Chile international could be available for around £8m.

Tottenham have rekindled their bid to sign Morgan Schneiderlin, according to a report.
