Simon Grayson: 'Preston North End needs two full-backs'

Manager Simon Grayson says that Preston North End need to sign two full-backs and a goalkeeper before the start of the season.

Preston North End manager Simon Grayson has revealed that they need to sign two full-backs and a goalkeeper.

Manchester United's Sam Johnstone is Grayson's preferred goalkeeper and a number of full-backs are being considered.

"It is no secret that I am after a right-back and a left-back," Grayson told Lancashire Evening Post.

"The goalkeeper situation is one we would like resolved to but we are in Manchester United's hands for that one.

"For the right-back and left-back positions, we have a couple of players in mind for each position."

Preston signed Manchester United striker Will Keane on loan yesterday.
