The father of Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar has insisted that the Brazil international does not want to leave his French club in this summer's transfer window.
The 27-year-old, who is entering the latter stages of his recovery from a broken foot, joined PSG from Barcelona in 2017 and has scored 48 times in 53 appearances for the Ligue 1 champions.
Real Madrid, Manchester United and Barca have all been linked with moves for Neymar over the last few months, but the attacker's father has said that the South American "wants to stay in Paris".
"His contract at PSG is a lengthy one and we are not even at the end of the season second yet," Neymar's father told RMC Sport. "The original contract is not even 50% done yet so everybody must relax because rumours will always exist in football.
"Every club would dream of signing a player like him but PSG fans should not be worried because Neymar does not want to leave the club. Neymar wants to stay in Paris and keep winning titles."
This season, Neymar has found the back of the net on 20 occasions in 23 appearances for PSG, in addition to providing 11 assists.
