West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke hands on-loan Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku his full Baggies debut in today's Premier League match with Reading at The Hawthorns.

West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke has made three changes to his team following last weekend's 3-0 defeat at Fulham.

Romelu Lukaku is handed his full Baggies debut and will spearhead the hosts' attack in place of Shane Long.

Captain Chris Brunt makes his first Premier League start of the season, replacing the suspended Peter Odemwingie in midfield.

Meanwhile, Zoltan Gera returns to the starting XI, with Marc-Antoine Fortune dropping to the bench.

Royals boss Brian McDermott makes two changes to the team that lost 3-1 to Tottenham Hotspur.

Nicky Shorey and Adam LeFondre replace Ian Harte and Jem Karacan.
