Lazio are reportedly ready to join the race for Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai, who is said to be a target for Arsenal and Liverpool.

Lazio have allegedly become the latest club to identify Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai as a potential transfer target.

The 19-year-old has established himself as one of the top prospects in European football, enhancing his reputation during seven outings in the Champions League and Europa League this season.

The progression of the Hungarian has inevitably led to interest from the Premier League, with Arsenal and Liverpool said to be among the clubs considering a bid for the youngster.

However, Calciomercato claims that Lazio are also ready to make an approach for Szoboszlai during the next transfer window.

The Italian outfit have put themselves in a strong position with regards to qualifying for next season's Champions League, while they may be able to offer Szoboszlai more first-team opportunities than the two English giants.

With the player having just over two years left on his contract, Salzburg may be open to a sale later in 2020.
