Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin is not currently prepared to sign a new deal at the Emirates Stadium, according to a report.

Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin is reportedly not in a hurry to sign a new deal at the Emirates Stadium.

The 25-year-old has been with the Gunners since 2013, making close to 200 appearances for the club in all competitions, although he has only featured on 14 occasions this season due to injury.

Bellerin's contract with Mikel Arteta's side is due to run until June 2023, but there have been suggestions that he could leave the North London club in the near future.

According to The Express, the Spain international wants to be sure that the club are heading in the right direction under Arteta before deciding whether to sign another long-term contract.

The report claims that Inter Milan and Juventus are both keeping a close eye on developments with the right-back prepared to bide his time before penning fresh terms.

Arsenal are currently ninth in the Premier League table, eight points off fourth-placed Chelsea, ahead of their return to action away to the champions Manchester City on June 17.
