Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly entered the race to sign Montpellier midfielder Olivier Giroud.
The 25-year-old, who has scored 16 goals in 24 Ligue 1 games this season, has also been linked with a move to Arsenal.
However, Spurs could now battle their local rivals for the French international in the summer, according to The People.
Giroud found the net for France in their 2-1 friendly win over Germany on Wednesday.
