Tottenham Hotspur's plans to go ahead with a stadium development have been boosted further after a local business decided to drop its legal challenge against the construction.
Archway Sheet Metal Works has decided not to appeal against a High Court ruling that allowed Spurs to buy the remainder of the land for their stadium plans.
The business initially challenged a compulsory purchase order, but it was eventually quashed and it has now missed the deadline to lodge an appeal.
Spurs intend to build a 56,000-capacity stadium adjacent to White Hart Lane, which is expected to cost around £400m.
