The High Court has ruled that Tottenham Hotspur are allowed to purchase the remaining land required to build a new stadium.
Family business Archway Sheet Metal Works attempted to block the Premier League club's plans to expand White Hart Lane by challenging a compulsory purchase order last year.
The company were being forced to move their business in order for the North London club to build a £400m complex, which is expected to hold 56,000 seats.
Today, judge Mr Justice Dove rejected the appeal from Archway Sheet Metal Works after hearing their argument, as well as points from the secretary of state, the football club and Haringey Borough Council over a two-day hearing.
Spurs hope to open the new stadium in time for the 2018-19 season.
