Watford manager Gianfranco Zola has revealed his intention for his side to continue to improve after their 3-1 win away to Brighton & Hove Albion.
Zola took over in the summer after previous manager Sean Dyche had guided Watford to 11th in the Championship and he has said that he is confident that the Hornets can consolidate their current position in the playoff places.
"Our target was to do better than last season and we need to maintain focus," Sky Sports News quotes Zola as saying. "We need to consolidate in this position.
"I didn't expect it to gel this quickly, which is good and positive. But the most important thing now is not to relax."
