Tottenham Hotspur recall Harry Kane from Norwich City

Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has revealed that Tottenham Hotspur have recalled striker Harry Kane.

The 19-year-old had been expected to remain at Carrow Road until the end of the season but after Spurs failed to sign a forward on transfer deadline day, manager Andre Villas-Boas has decided to recall Kane to White Hart Lane.

Hughton told reporters: "Spurs have recalled Harry Kane from his loan with us.

"He was unlucky with the injury. We would have liked to keep him, but wish him well."

Kane made five Premier League appearances for Norwich.
