Bernard pictured in London hotel

Brazilian international Bernard has fuelled speculation linking him with a move to the Premier League by uploading a picture of himself at a London hotel on Monday.

The Atletico Mineiro playmaker has been heavily linked with both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, but is expected to fly to Ukraine to hold talks with Shakhtar Donetsk this week.

Donetsk are the only club to have met the winger's £21.8m valuation, but Bernard has insisted that nothing will be finalised during his imminent trip to the club's training ground.

His reluctance to commit to a transfer to Shakhtar has resulted in fresh reports touting him with a switch to England, which have been further fuelled by his appearance at the Park Lane hotel.

Bernard, who has been capped five times by Brazil, was pictured poising in an elevator with four friends, one of whom is understood to be his agent.
