Reading midfielder Jem Karacan feels that he and his teammates have to focus on Premier League survival under Eamonn Dolan.
The Royals are 19th in the Premier League and are four points adrift of safety with just nine games to play this season.
Karacan told the club's official website: "We've got nine games to go to keep ourselves in the league. 27 points are up for grabs and we'll be doing everything we can.
"It starts on Saturday - and we're confident we can get a point and maybe even three."
Reading travel to Old Trafford on Saturday to take on Manchester United.
