The hosts currently sit in 10th place while the visitors find themselves in eighth after a goalless draw to kickstart the 2023-24 campaign.

Livingston might have enjoyed a positive pre-season and a good Scottish League Cup campaign, but Rangers are likely to be too strong for them in this match.

These two teams currently take up the bottom two spots in the table, which is something they will be aiming to change as soon as possible.

After a difficult start to the season, both teams will be desperate to get three points on the board to get things moving in a positive direction.

St Johnstone struggled in the Scottish League Cup as well, creating a very poor beginning to the entire campaign and that is why Ross County could just edge this one.

St Mirren vs. Dundee (Saturday, 3.00pm)

St Mirren welcome Dundee to Paisley for a clash in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

The hosts were one of just four sides to win on the opening weekend and find themselves up near the top of the table after that perfect start last week.

We say: St Mirren 2-1 Dundee

After such a positive result last weekend against strong opposition, St. Mirren will be confident in finding another victory against a side expected to be fighting against relegation.

A point on the opening day was a positive for Dundee, but they face a difficult task in their first away outing of the campaign.
