Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has insisted that he is happy with life in France, despite an outburst appearing to criticise the country earlier this month.
Ibrahimovic went on a foul-mouthed rant following PSG's 3-2 loss at the hands of Bordeaux on March 15, in which he suggested that France didn't "deserve" the club.
The Swede has since apologised for his outburst and stressed that he is enjoying his time in the French capital.
"I like it in France. I would not have played there for so long and I would not have renewed my contract if I did not like it," Ibrahimovic told reporters.
"All the others, all that bullshit, they just want to pull me down from the top but I will not go. I like it on top. That's where I'll stay."
Ibrahimovic will face a French Football League disciplinary commission hearing next month regarding his comments.
