The winner of Tuesday night's tie between Quevilly and Orleans will earn a home tie with Marseille, while GFCO Ajaccio will host Montpellier HSC.
The other all-Ligue 1 clash of the round sees Rennes travel to Valenciennes FC.
The matches are due to take place on March 20 and 21.
