Team News: Lorenzo Insigne replaces Goran Pandev for Napoli

Napoli have decided to recall Lorenzo Insigne in attack for this afternoon's trip to Chievo.

Insigne comes in for Goran Pandev after having a positive impact in last week's 1-1 draw with title rivals Juventus.

Coach Walter Mazzarri is also forced to make two changes to his defence through a combination of injury and suspension.

Paolo Cannavaro misses out through suspension and is replaced in the centre of defence by January signing Rolando.

Miguel Angel Britos is also absent after fracturing his jaw against Juventus, with Alessandro Gamebrini coming in.

Chievo welcome back Perparim Hetemaj from a ban but are still without Francesco Acerbi through injury.
