Report: Ivan Rakitic pondering Manchester United move

Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic is considering an offer to join Manchester United at the end of the season, according to a report.

Spanish outlet Diario Gol suggests that Rakitic is tempted to jump ship, but will first gauge from Barca chiefs what his role at Camp Nou will be next season.

Rakitic is said to have informed United that he will not make a decision for at least another month, with the Catalan giants' quest for a domestic double taking priority.

Meanwhile, it has emerged that the Croatia international played through the pain barrier against Roma after fracturing his finger in the shock 3-0 loss, bringing an early end to his side's Champions League campaign.
