David Moyes pleased with Manchester United response

Manchester United manager David Moyes says that he is pleased with his team's response to secure their place in the Champions League quarter-finals.

David Moyes has said that he is happy with Manchester United's response during their 3-0 win over Olympiacos this evening.

Having lost 3-0 to Liverpool on Sunday, the Premier League champions overturned a 2-0 deficit from the first leg to knock the Greek champions out of the Champions League.

The manager told BBC Sport: "The way the players responded after Sunday [pleased me most]. I told the players on Monday morning we have to win 3-0 to give the fans something back. They have been incredible and they deserved it because we've not given them many good nights."

The draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions League takes place later this week.
