Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling has insisted that he is not concerned about criticism from the club's supporters, because he is completely focused on his football.
The England international has attracted criticism from some fans after postponing contract talks until the summer and reportedly turning down a salary worth £100,000 a week.
Sterling says that his only concern at the moment is ensuring that Liverpool enjoy a good finish to the season.
"Everyone has their opinion on me at this moment in time but I'm just a kid who loves to play football and to try and improve every day and be the best I can be," he told BT Sport.
"It just goes in one ear and goes out the other. I don't read anything, don't look at anything and, for me, it's all football. I'm genuinely focused on doing my best for this football club."
Sterling has two years remaining on his current deal at Anfield.
