Eden Hazard to decide future on Monday

Lille winger Eden Hazard will reportedly make a final decision on his future on Monday.

The 21-year-old has attracted a host of interest with his performances this season, and he has revealed that he will be playing in Manchester in the 2012-13 campaign.

Manchester City have offered Hazard in the region of £100,000 per week, according to Goal.com, but Hazard is also understood to be considering an offer from Manchester United.

Hazard has scored 17 goals in Ligue 1 this season.
