Roma fans blamed for Tottenham Hotspur attack

Roma fans have been blamed for Thursday's attack on Tottenham Hotspur supporters in Rome.

One man is in a serious condition after he was stabbed outside of a bar in the Italian capital before Spurs' Europa League match with Lazio.

The attack was originally attributed to Lazio fans, but local police have now claimed that Roma's 'ultras' carried out the violence.

Nine other Spurs fans were also injured in the brawl.
