Lazio 'express interest in Everton's Ramiro Funes Mori'

Lazio have reportedly expressed interest in Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori.

The Argentine centre-back has missed most of the current campaign through injury and has been linked with a move away from Goodison Park on more than one occasion.

According to Sports Mediaset, the Serie A side are lining Mori up as a replacement for Stefan de Vrij, who is expected to leave on a free transfer this summer.

Lazio have been linked with Mori in the past, but cooled their interest when long-term injury disrupted his season.

Everton signed the Argentine international from River Plate for £9.5m in 2015.
