Leighton Baines "confident" of beating West Bromwich Albion

Leighton Baines believes that Everton are capable of taking all three points from their New Year's Day trip to West Bromwich Albion.

The England full-back, who scored against Sunderland on Boxing Day, has also revealed that his teammates possess the same confidence.

"It's always tough down there," Baines told the club's official website ahead of the game at the Hawthorns. "We have ground out a couple of decent results in the past.

"We know it will be a tough game but we are confident that we can win it."

Baines joined the Toffees in 2007 from Wigan Athletic.
