The hosts are sitting in eighth place in the Women's Super League table, while the Red Devils head into the fixture in sixth position.

After making a slow start to the campaign, Everton chose the opportune moment to claim their first win of the season in last weekend's Merseyside derby.

Man United will have to pick themselves up from a disappointing trip to the French capital, where their first-ever Women's Champions League appearance came to a premature end.

After playing out a 1-1 draw in the first leg of their qualifying tie with Paris Saint-Germain, the Red Devils fell behind in the 17th minute of Wednesday's return leg.

They managed to pull a goal back inside the opening two minutes of the second period, but PSG immediately retook the lead before adding a third to condemn Man United to a 3-1 defeat on the night.

The Red Devils will be left to focus on domestic matters for the rest of the campaign, and they will be determined to return to winning ways after drawing their last two league matches with Arsenal and Leicester.

Having seen his side concede in each of their five competitive matches, Marc Skinner will challenge his team to record their first clean sheet of the season.

Kirk has confirmed that Everton are unable to call upon Lucy Hope, who could be out for six to eight weeks with an ankle injury.

Elise Stenevik and Sara Holmgaard remain sidelined for the hosts, but Martina Piemonte may recover in time to feature in the matchday squad.

After playing the final 35 minutes of the Merseyside derby, Katja Snoeijs could come into the side to make her first start to the season.
