England head coach Thomas Tuchel has delivered an update on Marc Guehi's fitness ahead of Tuesday's World Cup qualifying clash with Serbia.
Guehi recently experienced one of the most dramatic periods of his career after he saw a deadline-day move to Liverpool fall through.
Everything seemed to be in place for Guehi to join the Premier League champions, but Crystal Palace pulled the plug at the 11th hour after they failed to sign a suitable replacement.
After being denied a dream move, the Palace defender had to quickly refocus for England's World Cup qualifier against minnows Andorra on Saturday.
Guehi started in central defence alongside Newcastle United's Dan Burn, but he was unable to play the duration of the 2-0 home victory due to a groin issue.
Tuchel delivers Guehi injury update
The 25-year-old was replaced by Aston Villa's Ezri Konsa in the 76th minute, raising doubt about his availability for Tuesday's trip to Belgrade.
However, Tuchel has eased fears over Guehi's injury status, revealing that all of his squad will be available for the meeting with Serbia.
“Everyone is available,” Tuchel told reporters in his pre-match press conference. “Everyone trained. We took care of Marc on the day of the game and yesterday, but everyone trained.”
As well as England, Palace will be relieved to hear the news that Guehi has avoided any significant injury, with the Eagles set to play host to Sunderland in Saturday's Premier League contest.
Will Guehi start in Belgrade?
With Levi Colwill injured, Tuchel named Guehi, Burn, Konsa and John Stones as his four centre-backs for the current international window.
However, Stones subsequently withdrew from the squad and was replaced by the uncapped Jarell Quansah.
The former Liverpool defender is unlikely to be thrown in for Tuesday's crucial World Cup qualifier against a potentially tricky opponent, which leaves Guehi, Burn and Konsa as Tuchel's viable central defensive options.
The England boss could keep faith with Guehi and Burn, unless the medical team decide that it will be a risk to start the Palace defender despite being available for selection.
Having played Albania, Latvia and Andorra twice, England's backline are set to face their toughest test of the qualifying campaign when they go up against a team that can field Dusan Vlahovic, Luka Jovic and Aleksandar Mitrovic as their forward options.
