Crawley sign Brazilian goalkeeper

Crawley Town have eased their goalkeeping crisis by signing Evandro Rachoni de Lima.

Interim manager Dean Saunders has just one senior goalkeeper on the books at the Broadfield Stadium in Brian Jensen, who picked up a thumb injury at the weekend.

As a result, Saunders has moved for free agent De Lima, who has spent the majority of his career in his native Brazil, although he has also had stints in Ukraine and Angola.

The 25-year-old, who has agreed to non-contract terms, has gone into the squad for tonight's Sussex Senior Cup tie against Whitehawk.
