Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho believes that Manchester City's fixture pile-up will benefit the Citizens in the race for the Premier League title.
City's last top-flight game against Sunderland was postponed due to adverse weather conditions, while their clash with Manchester United in two weeks' time has also been rearranged due to their Capital One Cup final showdown against Gus Poyet's side.
"What affects the Premier League is the change of the fixtures," Mourinho told reporters.
"City play later after the other teams fighting for the title play, so it is easier. They know somebody lost, somebody won, they lost two points, one point is enough for us. That is obviously an advantage.
"But it's not their fault. It's the weather, the fixtures, the FA, the Premier League, so it's not their fault."
City knocked Chelsea out of the FA Cup on Saturday with a 2-0 win at the Etihad Stadium.
