Stokes wants to keep run going

Celtic striker Anthony Stokes has said that the team are aiming to continue their strong start to the Scottish Premiership season when they face Dundee United on Saturday.

The Hoops will go into the clash at Celtic Park off the back of a 10-game unbeaten run in the league.

Stokes told the club's official website: "Dundee United always give you a tough game. They try and play a lot of football as well and it will be an interesting game tomorrow but we are on a good run in the league.

"We are unbeaten, it´s a home fixture and we will fancy our chances."

Stokes has scored five goals in 18 appearances this season.
