Report: Palermo want Juanfran Moreno

Italian side Palermo are reportedly interested in signing Real Betis attacker Juanfran Moreno.

The 25-year-old moved to Betis from Real Madrid Castilla last summer, but could not prevent the Seville-based club from dropping out of Spain's top flight.

Following Betis's relegation to the Segunda, it is understood that the midfielder is keen on seeking pastures new, with a move to Italy mooted in some quarters.

According to Canal Sur, Palermo are hopeful of completing a £1m deal this week.

However, the same report has suggested that Betis are looking for closer to £4m.
