Report: Barcelona will not offer Daniel Alves a new deal

A report claims that right-back Daniel Alves will not be offered a new contract by Barcelona.

Brazilian defender Daniel Alves will reportedly not be offered a new contract by Barcelona.

The 30-year-old, who joined the Catalan outfit from Sevilla in 2008, will be out of contract at Camp Nou in 2015.

According to Marca, club officials have doubts as to whether the right-back can continue his current level of performance in two years' time, placing new contract talks in doubt.

Paris Saint-Germain were linked with a move for Alves in the summer.
