Barcelona enter Mamadou Sakho race?

Barcelona have reportedly joined a number of teams in the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain defender Mamadou Sakho this summer.

The 23-year-old, who has previously captained the side, is believed to be keen on leaving the French outfit this summer in order to gain regular football.

Liverpool and AC Milan have both been linked with his services in recent weeks, but according to Football Espana, Barcelona's representatives are also monitoring developments.

If a deal is discussed, then it is believed that PSG will demand that Barca right-back Daniel Alves forms part of the package.
