Arsenal are weighing up a £12m bid for Lyon goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, according to reports in France.
The 25-year-old has recently become the subject of transfer speculation, with Liverpool thought to be an interested party.
However, the Gunners have now emerged as rivals for his signature, according to French newspaper L'Equipe.
Les Gones president Jean-Michael Aulas yesterday announced that the club would be willing to listen to offers for the France captain.
AC Milan are also said to be lining up a move.
