AC Milan teenager M'Baye Niang brushes off Thierry Henry comparison

New AC Milan signing M'Baye Niang has asked not to be compared to his French compatriot Thierry Henry.

The 17-year-old joined the Rossoneri from Caen this week on a three-year contract.

"Don't compare me to Thierry Henry and [Manchester City striker] Mario Balotelli," he said. "I am Niang."

"Am I here for the future? No, I'm here for the present. My dream is to win the Ballon d'Or."

Niang scored five times in 30 appearances for Caen in 2011-12 in Ligue 1.
